Workshops are places to explore, learn and develop tools and techniques to help support yourself.

Here are the workshops for the beginning of 2024

Journaling & Vision Boards

This session comes from two angles - firstly looking at making your own journal with a variety of paper for not only the pages but also the cover. You will leave with a huge range of ideas to explore. Next it will be about journaling itself from looking at examples from bullet journaling to drawing and painting to writing. Then looking at content with ideas for prompts to how and what you could write about.

There will be tea and cake to keep you going too.

Journaling - Sunday 21st January from 10 am til 12

Vision Board - Sunday 21st January from 1pm til 3pm

£40 per person for the session

After these workshops - there will be online groups

Twice monthly online group meetings - 2nd and 4th Sunday evening from 7 to 8 pm

Wellbeing workshops

  • March - Healthy Boundaries - looking at why they are important and how to work towards setting them and getting them working for you.

  • May - How do habits help - discover how small changes can have a big impact. Learn how your thought process works and discover your way of dealing with behavioural change.

Wellness Walk and Talk Workshop

Being out in nature, walking and talking supports you both physically and mentally. The session will have a range of activities and ideas from planning, starting, enjoying and ending your walk with purpose and positives..

Starting April 2024

You have the resources within you and with these sessions they will help you recognise them and explore some tools and techniques that could help you too. This is a place for you to prioritise your mental health and wellbeing and to focus on the relationships that mean the most including the one with yourself.

Wellbeing Workshops

September - Building your own confidence - exploring where does confidence come from and to establish your building blocks to build your own confidence

October - Self care - how looking after yourself can help you support everyone around you. Reflect and build a toolbox of ideas that support you.
