Wellbeing workshops

A series of wellness journaling workshops exploring areas of yourself that you want to understand better.

Each workshop is run by a qualified counsellor and in small groups.

Each cost £65 per session - all resources and refreshments inc.

Journaling is a powerful tool for improving mental health. By putting thoughts and emotions into words, it helps reduce stress, clarify feelings, and increase self-awareness. Regular journaling can improve mood, support emotional regulation, and provide a healthy outlet for processing life’s challenges. It’s a simple yet effective practice that promotes overall mental well-being.

Fri 23rd May - Unlock your inner strength through the power of the pen. This guided journaling workshop is designed to help you quiet your inner critic, explore your unique strengths, and build lasting self-confidence. Through reflective prompts, group support, and practical tools, you’ll leave feeling more grounded, empowered, and ready to believe in yourself again—one page at a time.

June - A sensory journey

Wed 25th June - Step into the present moment and explore the power of your senses through reflective journaling. In this calming, creative workshop, you'll be guided to awaken sight, sound, touch, taste, and smell as pathways to self-awareness and emotional balance. Perfect for anyone feeling overwhelmed or disconnected, this experience will help you slow down, tune in, and find clarity—one sense at a time.

July - Self care isn’t selfish

Wed 16th July - It’s time to rewrite the story that putting yourself first is wrong. In this empowering journaling workshop, you’ll explore what self-care truly means for you, identify what drains and restores you, and uncover the mindset shifts needed to prioritize your needs without guilt. Through thoughtful prompts and gentle reflection, you’ll begin to see self-care not as a luxury—but as a vital act of self-respect.

Wellness Walk and Talk Workshop

Being out in nature, walking and talking supports you both physically and mentally. The session will have a range of activities and ideas from planning, starting, enjoying and ending your walk with purpose and positives..

You have the resources within you and with these sessions they will help you recognise them and explore some tools and techniques that could help you too. This is a place for you to prioritise your mental health and wellbeing and to focus on the relationships that mean the most including the one with yourself.
