Wellbeing workshops
A series of wellness journaling workshops exploring areas of yourself that you want to understand better.
Each workshop is run by a qualified counsellor and in small groups.
Each cost £65 per session - all resources and refreshments inc.
Journaling is a powerful tool for improving mental health. By putting thoughts and emotions into words, it helps reduce stress, clarify feelings, and increase self-awareness. Regular journaling can improve mood, support emotional regulation, and provide a healthy outlet for processing life’s challenges. It’s a simple yet effective practice that promotes overall mental well-being.
Sept - New Season, New Focus: Finding Your Inner Balance This Autumn
Thurs 25 Sept - a reflective workshop designed to help you pause, ground yourself, and set gentle intentions for the months ahead. Through journaling, mindfulness, and supportive discussion, we’ll explore how to create space for balance and renewal as the seasons change.

Oct - Steady Steps: Finding Balance in an Unsteady World
Thurs 23rd Oct - This gentle, reflective workshop invites you to pause and explore what balance really means for you. Using a blend of guided journaling, simple exercises, and group reflection, we’ll uncover practical ways to steady yourself when life feels overwhelming. Journaling will give you space to listen to your inner voice, explore where balance feels difficult, and capture new insights. Together, we’ll look at how to hold space for both giving and receiving, rest and activity, and how to create small, realistic steps that bring more balance into your everyday life.
Nov - Simple Joys: A Journaling Workshop on Finding Comfort in the Everyday
Thurs 27th Nov - As November settles in, it’s easy to overlook the small things that bring us warmth and balance. This gentle workshop offers space to pause and reflect through guided journaling prompts, helping you notice and celebrate the everyday comforts — from cosy socks to crisp mornings. Join us to reconnect with yourself, embrace the season, and discover how simple joys can nurture your wellbeing.
Wellness Walk and Talk Workshop
Being out in nature, walking and talking supports you both physically and mentally. The session will have a range of activities and ideas from planning, starting, enjoying and ending your walk with purpose and positives..
You have the resources within you and with these sessions they will help you recognise them and explore some tools and techniques that could help you too. This is a place for you to prioritise your mental health and wellbeing and to focus on the relationships that mean the most including the one with yourself.
